This enviable location for a project was picked up at auction following a detailed appraisal of the needs of the area and its patrons. Situated in a conservation area, the building provided another opportunity to save a piece of history while providing new, upmarket city living spaces.
We converted it into 3 x 3 bed luxury apartments at 1000sqft each with a commercial unit on the ground floor in a prime spot for hospitality offerings. We quickly secured a 15 year lease with a rising local restaurant operator for their latest concept.
